Deviled Eggs - Remsch Meadows chicken eggs with pickled peppers

Root Vegetable Salad - farm greens, beets, carrots, parsnips, goat cheese, candied pecans

 

ENTREES

Grilled Hanger Steak - sweet potato gnocchi, Cremini Mushrooms and cherry confit

Pork Belly - rice noodles, pickled vegetables and pea shoot salad

Shrimp & Grits - tiger shrimp, stone ground goat cheese grits, andouille broth, finished with chive oiil

Three Grain Risotto - farro, barley and quinoa risotto finished with market vegetables, fried arugula and shaved parmesan
